Skoda has confirmed UK pricing and full specs for its fastest-ever electric car – the new Elroq vRS. Offering hot hatch pace with SUV practicality, the sporty flagship arrives this summer as the most powerful model in the brand’s EV line-up – and its fastest production car to date.
Skoda has confirmed full UK pricing and specifications for the highly anticipated Elroq vRS, its most powerful and quickest production car to date. Starting at £46,560 on the road, this dual-motor electric SUV is set to arrive on UK roads this summer, with order books opening in mid-June.
Delivering a potent 340 PS through an all-wheel-drive setup, the Elroq vRS accelerates from 0–62mph in just 5.4 seconds—making it the sportiest Elroq to date and a serious contender in the performance EV space.
But it’s not all about speed. Skoda’s engineers have paired the power with real-world practicality and long-distance capability. The 84 kWh battery (79 kWh usable) offers a WLTP range of up to 339 miles, and supports rapid DC charging up to 185kW, meaning a 10-80% top-up takes just 26 minutes.
A design that stands out
As with all vRS models, the Elroq vRS brings a sportier edge to Skoda’s design language. Sharp styling cues include a new illuminated Tech-Deck Face grille, bold front and rear bumpers, and distinctive 20-inch Draconis black alloy wheels as standard. Customers can also opt for larger 21-inch Vision anthracite wheels for extra presence.
The eye-catching Hyper Green paintwork—exclusive to the vRS trim—adds to the visual drama, alongside blacked-out roof rails, window trims, and mirror caps.
Sporty inside and out
Inside, the vRS Lounge Design Selection elevates the cabin with microsuede and artificial leather sport seats, lime green stitching, and carbon-effect details. A heated three-spoke sports steering wheel, massage function for the driver’s seat, and memory settings come standard.
Tech highlights include a 13-inch central touchscreen, a five-inch digital driver display, and an augmented reality head-up display, projecting key information directly onto the windscreen. Drivers also get a CANTON sound system and 360-degree area view cameras as standard.
Dynamic driving meets daily use
With adaptive DCC suspension, sportier chassis tuning, and upgraded brakes with dual-piston calipers, the Elroq vRS promises sharp handling without compromising comfort. Yet, it remains practical, offering 470 litres of boot space, expanding to 1,580 litres with the rear seats folded. A hands-free tailgate, variable boot floor, and clever storage touches make it ready for everyday life.
