You can apply for the Cleaner Vehicle Discount, also known as the Congestion Charge Exemption, on the Transport For London website.

You will need a copy of your vehicle’s V5C registration document. As your vehicle is owned by the funder, the V5C will be sent directly to them from the DVLA.

To obtain a copy of this, please submit a request via our Contact form. Please note, it can take up to 4 weeks post-delivery for the funder to receive the V5C from the DVLA.

As your electric vehicle is owned by the funder, the V5C will be sent directly to them from the DVLA. To obtain a copy of this, please submit a request via our Contact form.

It can take up to 4 weeks from the date of delivery for the funders to receive the V5C from the DVLA. As soon as they have received this, we will be sure to send a copy to you.

Most funders will allow you to change your payment date, provided you have received at least one invoice. Please contact your funder directly to change your payment date.

In most cases, you can extend your vehicle lease contract (unless your contract has reached the maximum term of 60 months).

You can amend your contract mileage during the lease. However, amendments cannot be made in the first 6 months or the last 6 months of the contract.

Yes, you can transfer a private plate onto your vehicle; however, this cannot be done until after delivery has taken place. Please contact your funder for information:

Yes, you can take your vehicle abroad.

You will need a VE103 document and a letter of authorisation from the funder to take your vehicle outside of the UK.
