This neat compact-SUV is offered in two battery sizes: a 39kWh battery, and the larger 64kWh battery.
The 39kWh battery grants the Kona an official WLTP range of 190 miles, although our real-world range is closer to 155 miles. You can charge to full from flat in 6 hours from a standard 7kW wall-box charger. A rapid charger will top up to 80% in less than an hour.
The larger 64kWh battery gives the Kona an official WLTP range of 301 miles - our real world range is around 251 miles. With this battery, full-to-flat charging with a standard 7kW wall-box takes around 10 hours. But due to Hyundai’s clever tech you can still charge up to 80% in less than an hour with a rapid charger.
Hyundai IONIQ 5 Lease
The IONIQ 5 is a spacious, futuristic hatchback with plenty of green credentials including sustainable materials throughout the vehicle. You have two battery options: 58kWh or 73kWh.
With the 58kWh battery, the IONIQ 5 can cover 195 miles on a single charge. The official WLTP range is 249 miles, whilst our real world range is closer to 195 miles. But it’s still very impressive! With the 73kWh option you have a real world range of 220 miles, placing the IONIQ 5 right up there when it comes to high-range EVs.

The newest Hyundai EV on the market is the IONIQ 6 and what a car it is! This 'electrified streamliner' has a sleek and aerodynamic profile, and a whopping estimated range of around 500 miles on a full charge.
